The second step of setup asks two optional questions:
When do you usually feed? Knowing your routine helps us spot deliveries and push-ups with more confidence. Totally optional.
When is feed usually delivered?
Add your usual feeding times — roughly is fine. If you feed at six in the morning and four in the afternoon, put in 06:00 and 16:00. Nobody is checking your punctuality here, and the report does not penalise you for a round number.
You can add up to six times, and remove any of them with the ✕.
How often is feed pushed up?
A dropdown with these options:
- Not sure / varies
- Every 2 hours
- Every 4 hours
- Every 6 hours
- Every 8 hours
- Twice a day
- Once a day
Pick what you aim for, not what you think happened. “Not sure / varies” is a perfectly good answer.
What this changes in your report
Without a schedule, your report describes what happened: here are your deliveries, here is how consistent they were.
With a schedule, it also grades it. The Feeding & push-up schedule card compares each detected delivery against the time you said you feed, and tells you things like:
- 12/14 feedings on time
- ~35m later than your 06:00
- We couldn’t confirm a feeding near your 18:00.
And for push-ups, it measures your actual cadence against your target — you aim for every 4 hours · we detect about one every 2h 10m — and flags stretches that ran longer than intended.

Leaving it blank
Both are optional — leave them blank if your routine changes a lot.
That is genuine advice, not a formality. If your feeding times move around by two hours depending on the day, a fixed schedule will grade you against a target you never had, and the “missed feeding” counts will just be noise. You will still get the full picture of what actually happened, and the report will describe your typical rhythm from the deliveries it detected rather than from times you supplied.
Changing it later
You do not have to get it right now. Every finished report has an Improve schedule results? or Edit my times button on the schedule card that opens the same two questions. Change them, save, and the report re-grades against the new times immediately.
Then you are done
Once both steps are through you get:
✅ You’re all set! Your bunk outline is saved and the AI takes it from here — your reports build automatically. If a delivery ever looks off, you can tag your feed truck right on the report.
