FeedBunk AI accounts are created on the web, at app.feedbunkai.com/register. You only need to do this once — the desktop app signs in with the same account.
Register
Fill in the four required fields:
- Username — your unique name on the platform. This cannot be changed later, so pick something you are happy with.
- Email address — where your reports and account emails go.
- Password and Confirm Password.
Your password must be at least 8 characters, include at least one letter and one number, and be different from your username and email. The ? next to the password field shows these rules any time you need them.
Under Optional Information you can add your first name, last name, company name, and phone number. You can fill these in later from Settings instead — see Your profile and settings.
Finally, tick the two agreement boxes:
- I accept the Terms and Conditions
- I consent to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
Clicking the underlined text opens the document in a window. If you scroll it to the bottom, the box ticks itself.
Click Create Account. You will land back on the sign-in page with a green banner: Registration successful! Please check your email for verification.
Verify your email address
Open the email we sent and click the link. It opens a page headed Email Verification with a Verify Email button — click it and you are returned to the sign-in page with the message Email successfully verified! Please log in.
You have to verify before you can sign in. If you try to sign in first, you will see a message that your email is not verified, with a Resend verification email link underneath. Click it and we will send a fresh one.
Nothing arriving? Check your spam or junk folder first — verification mail often lands there. If it still has not shown up, email [email protected] and we will verify the account by hand.
Sign in
Enter your Username or Email and your password, then click Sign in. Ticking Remember me saves your username on that computer so you only have to type your password next time.
If you have turned on two-factor authentication, you will be asked for a 6-digit code from your authenticator app before you get in. See Two-factor authentication.
Forgot your password
Click Forgot your password? below the sign-in box, enter your email address, and click Send Reset Link. For security we always show the same confirmation whether or not the address is registered, so check your inbox — and your spam folder — for the reset email. The link takes you to a page where you set a new password.
Signing in from the desktop app
The FeedBunk AI Compressor asks for the same email and password. There is no separate desktop account, and there is no way to register from inside the app — the Create an account link there simply opens your browser to the registration page above.
