During the beta
FeedBunk AI is currently in beta and pricing has not been announced yet. Joining the beta is free, and beta farms will hear the details first.
If your account is on the beta programme, uploading costs you nothing. You will not be asked for a card, and instead of a payment screen you get a confirmation — see Beta pilot accounts.
The rest of this article explains how charging works when it applies, so there are no surprises when the beta ends.
The shape of a charge
Charging is per upload, not per month, and it has two parts:
- A base cost for the batch.
- An image processing cost, per image.
Both are shown to you in full before you commit, in the Order Summary:

Nothing is charged before you see that screen and approve it.
Pre-authorization, not a charge
This is the part worth understanding:
Note: This is a pre-authorization. You’ll only be charged for the actual number of images processed.
When you approve an upload, your bank places a hold for the estimated total. It is not a payment. The actual charge is taken afterwards, based on how many images were genuinely processed.
Why it works this way: you tell us how many photos you are sending, but the true count is only known once they have all arrived and been checked. Some may fail to upload, some may be duplicates already sent. Holding the estimate and charging the reality means you never pay for images that did not make it.
In practice:
- Fewer images processed than estimated — you are charged less than the hold.
- The batch fails — the hold is released and you are not charged. You may see it on your statement for a few days until your bank clears it, which is normal for any authorization.
What one upload buys
One charge covers the whole pipeline for that batch: processing every image, detecting the events, building the report, and keeping it on your account. There is no separate report fee and no charge for reading, refreshing, or correcting a report afterwards.
Correcting events and refreshing your statistics is always free. Never hesitate to fix your data because of what it might cost — it costs nothing.
