There is a PDF button at the top right of every report. Click it and the file downloads, named something like BunkAI-Report-Sunny_Acres-a1b2c3d4.pdf.
You will see Generating PDF report… This may take a moment. while it builds, then PDF report downloaded successfully.
What is in it
Three pages:
Page 1 — the logo, your project name, the status badge, and the same meta row as on screen (date range, image count, days recorded, feed availability), followed by Summary Metrics: the Empty Bunk Summary, Feed Delivery Analysis, and Feed Pushup Analysis cards exactly as they appear on the page.
Page 2 — landscape, with Push-ups After Delivery and Feed Pushups vs Empty Bunk Time.
Page 3 — landscape, with Feed Event Time Variations.
If a chart did not have enough data, its place in the PDF says so rather than leaving a gap.
What is not in it
- The Feed Status Timeline. The day-by-day strip chart is interactive and is not included. It is often the picture people most want to share, so screenshot it if you need it.
- The Feeding & push-up schedule card.
- The event lists and photos.
For anything not in the PDF, a screenshot of the section is the practical answer.
Sharing your results
There is no share link and no way to email a report from inside the app. To get results to a nutritionist, vet, or feeder:
- Send the PDF. Covers the numbers and the three charts.
- Screenshot the timeline for the day-by-day picture.
- Add them to your notification emails if they should get every new report automatically — Settings → Notifications, under Additional Notification Emails. See Notification emails.
That last one is the tidiest option for someone who works with you regularly.
Reports do not expire
Your reports stay on your account. Come back to Projects any time and open an old one to compare against a new run — that comparison is where most of the value is once you have a few batches behind you.
